A couple of weeks back we thought it would be fun to change things up and bring breakfast to the fire pit. Our chef, Michael, worked as a cook for a pack trip outfitter last summer so he didn’t shy away from the opportunity to cook eggs and bacon over the fire. As soon as I smelled the aroma of woodsmoke and bacon I knew it was going to be great.
